It’s easy to get very annoyed with every nutritionist and health expert telling you their latest and greatest tips for “surviving” a holiday or special occasion.

It’s kind of silly, because really there is nothing to survive.  Whatever relationship with food you currently have is what will drive your eating behavior tomorrow, or next week at the party, or during a special meal.

A cheap trick is probably not going to change that.

  1. At last – simple steps that dig deeper than all the hype and rules and fad diets and ridiculousness around weight, eating habits, and the emotions that go with them, that actually make logical sense and I can work on in baby steps one moment at a time.
