WHAT TO WEAR & BRING:
WEAR: Comfortable clothes you can move in. You are welcome to dance barefoot or wear shoes that won’t create too much friction to protect your knees and ankles. Dance sneakers or worn out sneakers work well. Clean street shoes only in the studio. No socks - too slippery.
BRING: A water bottle.
