I’m Cynthia, a certified eating psychology practitioner and nationally known expert in the areas of food and our relationship to it.

I say “we” because in addition to being a counselor with hundreds of clinical hours serving many happily transformed clients, I have worked my own process to recover from a debilitating relationship with food. On the outside, I looked fine and no one knew the truth. Inside, I felt small and frustrated. An out-of-control mess trying to hold it all together.
